He has extensive expertise in debt recovery schemes, either in the pre-litigation phase or in court / enforcement stage, including during bankruptcy procedures. He offers legal assistance in registering and protecting intellectual property rights, being involved in counterfeiting litigation and copyright protection cases.
Education
He holds a Degree in Law from the University of Bucharest and is admitted to the Bucharest Bar and to the Romanian Bar Association.
